Chip's bio

Charles "Chip" Huth is a Sergeant with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department and has 19 years of law enforcement experience. He currently serves as a team leader for the Street Crimes Unit Tactical Enforcement Squad. He has coordinated and executed over 1200 high-risk tactical operations. Chip serves has an adjunct instructor at the KCMOPD Leadership Academy. He is a consultant for the KCPD's Office of General Counsel, the Missouri Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission, and the Missouri Attorney General's Office. In 2010, after serving as a trainer for 16 years, Chip became President of the National Law Enforcement Training Center, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to delivering effective training to law enforcement, corrections, security and military personnel. Chip is a certified national trainer in defensive tactics, an expert witness in the field of police operations and reasonable force, and a Subject Matter Expert on police use of force. He is a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association and the National Tactical Officers Association. He is the President and CEO of CDH Consulting L.L.C., a law enforcement consulting and training company. Chip has 32 years of experience in the martial arts, with a background in judo and kickboxing. He is a veteran of the United States Army and lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife, Krista.

Jack's bio

Jack retired after a nearly 29 year career with a major law enforcement agency in the Kansas City Missouri area. For the last few years his primary task was to assist in the creation of a professional development process known as the “Leadership Academy.” To accomplish this; sound curriculum must be written, ground breaking initiatives must be accomplished, organizational culture must shift, coaching must take place, and enduring partnerships must be built.

Jack is committed to assisting organizations build a culture that is renowned for integrity and known to have unconditional respect for all persons – with a safe, effective and proactive work force whose creative energies and intellectual resources are melded together producing synergy and exponential results around the organization’s top priorities.
